Unter der Leitung der Berater für Schulsport Manfred Schüttler und Axel Schreinert fand in diesem Jahr die siebente Auflage des Schulsportwettkampfes „Jugend trainiert für Olympia“ im Judo als kreisoffenes Regionalfinale in der Europaschule Eigenherd-Schule Kleinmachnow statt. Ausgerichtet wurde der Wettkampf vom RSV Eintracht 1949 e.V.
Und die Zahlen sprechen für diese Veranstaltung. 150 Judoka von 11 Schulen gingen mit 30 Mannschaften an den Start. Wie bei jedem Mannschaftskampf ging es heiß her und die Stimmung war großartig. In diesem Rahmen haben sich vier angehende Kampfrichter auf ihre Prüfung in Strausberg noch mal ordentlich vorbereiten können.
